After COVID GONESA launched a Project Called Entrepreneurship, Business Incubation, and Innovation Support Program   to nurture and promote youth entrepreneurship support innovative ideas, and transform them into sustainable businesses.  

Program established Enterprise Business Innovation Centre (EBIC) in Pokhara. It organized trainings and workshop, boot camp, collected innovations, mini exhibition, business incubation support for startup, mentorship and technical support to launch and expand bossiness. The centre has played a significant role in creating an enabling environment for innovation, fostering entrepreneurship, and empowering youth to contribute to sustainable livelihoods and community development.
