GONESA Nepal marked its 19^th Annual General Assembly on 9^th October 2021 in Pokhara. The event was attended by 50 participants including the executive committee, general members and office staff. The assembly was inaugurated by VISPE General Secretary Mr. Antonio Caccini of by lighting a lamp and session was chaired by GONESA Chairperson Major Dil Bahadur Gurung. Executive member Mr. Sishir Khanal made an opening remark welcoming members, delegates and staff members. General secretary Ram Prasad Subedi presented organizational achievements, annual progress and forthcoming plan. Tresurer  Nirmaya Gurung presented annual budget overview of FY 2076/77. GONESA has implemented 4 projects in different thematic area in kaski, Tanahu and Parbat district and reach over ten thousand populations. The thematic area are education and child care, health, livelihood and climate change resilience.

In a separate session, board members provided feedback on reports and approved progress report and financial report.  The assembly elected new executive committee of under chairmanship of Mr Ram Prasad Subedi.  The session ended with oath taking by new elected committee members. Chairperson Mr. Ram Subedi ended the session giving thanks with concluding speech.
