The 17^th General Assembly of Good Neighbour Service Association is celebrated on 26^th Bhadra , 12^th September 2019.

On a grand ceremony, Social Develop Minister of Gandaki Province Honorable Naradevi Pun inaugurated the ceremony. The local elected personalities of Pokhara Metrocity Tirtha Raj Basnet of ward No. 17, Mr. Baral of ward no. 22 were present as guest On the special occasion other elected. Team leader of CARE Nepal Hariyo Ban Program Mr. Dev Raj Goutam, Officers of education Department Mr. Basanta Raj Paudel, Mr. Ram Prasad Subedi General Secretary of NGO Federation Nepal, Mr. Gopal Khadka Province Vice Chairperson of NGO Federation , Indira Sharma of NCE, Mr. Bishnu Baral of Shantika Lagi Nagrik Samaj Kaski, Senior Journalist Shyam kunwar and other members of civil society were also attended and appreciated the achievement of GONESA.

On the occasion, 25 pieces of White Can (white stick) were distributed to Kaski Netrahin Sangh by Minister of Social Development. Similarly, the best staff of  GONESA, the best students and best social leaders of the  community people were also awarded on the occasion.

GONESA chairperson Major Dil Bahadur Gurung chaired the opening ceremony and closing ceremony and thanked all the guests and chief guest for attending the ceremony.
